Asuka, the current NXT women's Champion, has a new writing history to the WWE. Indeed, the Japanese wrestler is now the champion with the longest reign in the history of WWE on the side of the feminine division.
Yesterday, Asuka 明日華 surpassed the reign of 502 days that so far held Rockin Robin as the WWE women's Champion. Asuka therefore ranks just behind the inevitable legends such as Hulk Hogan, Bob Backlund, Pedro Morales and Bruno Sammartino.
As a reminder, Asuka will put his belt back in play at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III, August 19, 2017 when she faces the fearsome Ember Moon.
