It turned out that Chapman and Snowden had meetings only once, after which the 32-year-old Chapman wrote in his Twitter: "Snowden, will you marry me?". Response to its "proposal" if not followed.

It happened just when a former employee of the NSA and the CIA was hiding in the transit area of ​​the airport Sheremetyevo. According to a source, "Seduction" was necessary in order to keep him in Russia.

Later journalists asked Chapman about her relationship with Snowden, but she refused to talk about it.
